    1. These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between ZEE5 and the Customer. By accepting and availing the Offer, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

    2. This Offer is non-negotiable and non-transferable.

    3. This Offer is valid in India only.

    4. The code is valid for a one-time transaction only.

    5. This Offer is valid for a limited period only.

    6. The code is redeemable only on ZEE5 Android Mobile app or the website. iOS users can login on ZEE5 website and redeem the code. Post redemption, users can login to device of their choice to watch premium content.

    7. The code might not work if the user has an already active pack.

    8. The benefits under this Offer are non-transferable. No exchange or redemption for cash or any other form of compensation shall be permitted.

    9. In addition to these Terms & Conditions, the Customer shall also be bound by ZEE5's Terms of Use and any other applicable terms as provided by ZEE5 for use of its services.

    10. To the extent permitted by law, ZEE5 and its representatives, employees, directors, officers, or agents shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including consequential or economic loss) caused by any act or omission, whether deliberate or negligent.

    11. ZEE5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this Offer at any time, with or without prior notice, due to reasons beyond its control (including, without limitation, in cases of suspected or actual fraud).

    12. ZEE5 also reserves the right to modify, add, or delete any part of these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion, without prior notice to the Customer.

    13. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

    14. ZEE5 shall not be liable for any failed transaction related to this Offer or for any technical, hardware, software, server, or other issues that may prevent a Customer from participating.

    15. Eligible consumer will receive the coupon code once the order is delivered.

    16. By availing this Offer, the Customer is deemed to have accepted all the above Terms & Conditions.
