Cashback - Terms and condition

ABOUT CASHBACK

Cashback will be credited to your F/KN Wallet account after your Collector's Edition order is successfully delivered. The cashback will be in the form of a discount, fully redeemable against a 50ml F/KN elixir. Please see the Terms and Conditions below for more details.

HOW TO AVAIL THE OFFER

  1. Create your account on www.fikn.com or log in using your existing F/KN account.

  2. Purchase the F/KN Collector's Edition (₹1,299) during the offer period.

  3. Once your order is delivered, ₹500 cashback is credited to your F/KN Wallet. You will also receive an Email/SMS notifying you about the cashback credited to your account.

  4. To redeem, add a 50ml F/KN elixir to your cart, apply the 10% discount if eligible, and select Wallet cashback as your payment option at the payments page.

  5. The cashback can be redeemed only once and must be used before its expiry date.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Offer valid for India users only.

  2. The cashback will be in the form of F/KN Wallet cash, which can be redeemed on your next purchase of a 50ml F/KN elixir at fikn.com. Cashback cannot be applied to the Collector's Edition, shipping charges, or taxes.

  3. The cashback will be valid for 60 days from the date it is credited. Check your Email/SMS for the actual expiry date of the cashback.

  4. The entire ₹500 cashback can be redeemed against a single purchase of any 50ml F/KN Elixir.

  5. The cashback can be combined with the 10% discount on 50ml F/KN elixirs [code ELIXIR10]. The 10% discount is applied first to the 50ml price, and the ₹500 cashback is then applied to the discounted amount payable. 

  6. You can view your available F/KN Wallet cashback under “FIKN MONEY” in your F/KN account.

  7. Cashback is earned only on the amount paid for the Collector's Edition. No cashback will be earned on amounts paid using F/KN Wallet cash.

  8. Each customer is eligible to earn one flat ₹500 cashback on the purchase of the Collector’s Edition. A maximum wallet balance of ₹500 cashback is permitted at any given time.

  9.  Under no circumstances will you be entitled to withdraw the eligible cashback amount into your bank account or otherwise ask for a cash withdrawal. The cashback amount will be applied only as a discount for your eligible purchases and cannot be credited into any pre-paid instrument issued under applicable RBI laws.

  10. F/KN (a brand of Honasa Consumer Limited) reserves the right to employ reasonable technological and other methods to prevent abuse of the Offer terms. You acknowledge that any decision to take certain actions — including limiting access to your offer, placing holds, or imposing reserves — may be based on confidential criteria essential to our management of risk, the security of users' accounts, and compliance with applicable laws, and that F/KN is under no obligation to disclose the details of its risk-management or security procedures to you. 

  11. If your order is cancelled by the payer or refunded by the merchant, the cashback that has been awarded to your account will be withdrawn.

  12. In case of cancellations/refunds where awarded cashback has already been used, or for partial cancellations, a refund will be processed as per F/KN policies.

  13. In cases of fraudulent or suspicious transactions, F/KN solely reserves the right to revoke the cashback offer or not award the cashback at all.

  14. In addition to the above, this offer is also subject to F/KN's general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

  15. These Terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
