SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping on every single order, with no minimums and no fine print, and we ship right across India on both prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders. Once you place your order, it is packed and dispatched within one to two business days, and any order placed over a weekend or on a public holiday is dispatched on the very next business day. From there, delivery to metro cities typically takes two to four business days, while the rest of India usually receives their order within four to seven business days of dispatch. These timelines are estimates and can vary a little depending on your location, courier load, and other factors outside our control, but the moment your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp so you can follow it all the way to your door.
If you need to change your delivery address, edit your order, or cancel it altogether, simply email us at care@fikn.com as soon as you can. We are able to make changes only while your order is still with us and has not yet been dispatched, because once it is on its way to you we are no longer able to modify or cancel it. The sooner you reach out, the better the chance we can catch it in time.
Because every elixir is a sealed, personal-care product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a difference in scent preference, or any item that has been opened or used. What we will always do, however, is make things right whenever your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your order turns up broken or damaged in transit, if the item is defective or leaking, or if you have received the wrong product altogether, you are fully covered. In any of these cases, just email care@fikn.com within forty-eight hours of delivery and include your order number, clear photos of both the item and its outer packaging, and an unboxing video if you happen to have one, since a video lets us resolve your claim the fastest. Our team will review everything and get back to you quickly, and once your claim is approved we will either send out a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. Approved refunds are then processed within five to seven business days back to your original payment method, and for Cash on Delivery orders we will refund you by UPI or bank transfer and reach out to collect those details.
To keep everything fair and hygienic for every customer, there are a few situations we are unable to cover. These include any change of mind or shift in scent preference, items that have been opened or used unless they arrived damaged or defective, claims that reach us after the forty-eight hour window has closed, and any item that has been damaged through misuse after it was delivered. Outside of those cases, our promise stands, and if anything has gone wrong on our end we will look after you.
